Description
This is a digitally enhanced photograph of a boarded up window of an abandoned house in Detroit Michigan. Even in decay I love the old architect of the old houses and buildings in Detroit and admire the craftsmanship and skill that went into building them. So many times I can't help but wonder if any of my ancestors who immigrated to Detroit from Gunzburg Germany in 1882 helped build them because they were carpenters and painters. If only the walls could speak!
